The HTS CRD Index Tube Cutoff Assembly Tool (ICAT) provides support for cutting an index tube if a CRD becomes stuck during removal. The ICAT mounts to the Under Vessel (UV) CRD flange and clamps directly onto the CRD index tube. Once installed, the ICAT supports the weight of the Index Tube while the lower section is segmented and removed.
