The Hydraulic Instrumentation Cutter Assembly consists of a single-acting hydraulic C-cutter with a J-lock adapting wrist, an air-over-hydraulic pump, and a 50' hose. The C-cutter blade is advanced by use of the air-over-hydraulic foot pedal and retracted by venting (holding the foot pedal in the opposite position.
